Florida

What does the receiving corps look like after the top-three receivers departed?

Florida lost Kadarius Toney, Kyle Pitts and Trevon Grimes, a group that combines for 2,343 yards, 151 receptions, and 31 touchdowns. It’s fair to ask how the receiver room is doing after losing its most valuable production.

LSU

How has the program handled staff changes on both sides of the ball?

LSU sees two new coordinators taking over with Jake Peetz at OC and Daronte Jones at DC. It’s not often that you see two new coordinators on a staff, and with LSU trying to rekindle 2019’s magic, will these new coaches, who have no experience being a coordinator at the FBS and professional level, be able to correct last season’s issues?

South Carolina

What was Shane Beamer’s perception of the program when he took the job?

Despite South Carolina returning 14 starters, the most important players for the Gamecocks depart from the program in quarterback Collin Hill, wide receiver Shi Smith, and cornerback Jaycee Horn. What pieces does Shane Beamer have to work with going into his first season? Are their any building blocks to work with, or is this a full rebuild? A substantial amount of pressure will be placed on freshman QB Luke Doty and All-SEC running back Kevin Harris for the team to have success.
