Auburn football earns commitment from four-star offensive lineman

May got a little bigger for Auburn as the Tigers landed their third commitment on the offensive line in as few as two weeks.

Four-star guard Jaeden Roberts out of North Shore High School in Houston, Texas is the fifth player to commit to Auburn in May, giving Auburn a total of four offensive linemen committed in the 2021 class.

According to 247Sports Composite, Roberts is listed as the No. 8 guard and the No. 148 player overall. At 6-foot-5 and 340 pounds, he is the second heaviest player in Auburn’s class behind J’Marion Gooch, who comes in at 358 pounds.

He joins fellow high school teammate and quarterback Dematrius Davis, who committed on May 17. Another storyline to pay attention to will be Auburn’s recruitment of the state of Texas as it is possible momentum has been generated by the North Shore duo.
